Default how quick

If the average moter racing team was given an order to produce a body piece or another machine made part how quickly could it be designed and made from scratch?

I presume its like with normal car making,if the machines need small alterations the process would be quick but if they needed big changes the time would increase accordingly

presumably a monocoque will take a while and a fin a shorter time.As every thing is computer designed and computer built its staraighforward once the materials are right and the design sorted.
