So you can call an engine a transducer too, right? about the fan and light, they can be called engines since they also convert energies to another forms.

Transducers change supplies dirrectly, ie the heater element has power in and heat out. As an engine has complicated methods to change in put to out put i dont think a lightbulb is an engine.a lightbulb element has electric directly applied and light as the direct result
