Let's discuss about Formula 1 GP At the beginning there has been the possibility to ask to a real Chief Designer of Formula 1 cars (Gabriele Tredozi) his professional opinion on some technical issues. He explained some of the last improvements and he answered all your questions concerning the past, the present and the future of Formula 1 technologies and challenges. NOW it's time to go on without him, let's keep on discussing about each Formula 1 GP in this special area, with all our impressions, ideas and questions about races, vehicles, riders and so many other things. IT'S YOUR TURN!!

I have heard reports that Alonso is giving better feedback to the McLaren engineers, more so thant Kimi used to. How critical would this be to the team at this early stage?

Gabrielle,
I have heard Alonso is giving better feedback to the McLaren engineers than they had with Kimi. Seeing the car is already designed without his input, how critical is this feedback now the car is on track?

McQueen, maybe there has been a misunderstanding: I thought you were speaking about some tyres problems and not about the pressure of the tyres.
So I had a look to your link and I agree with you: that's also what I immediately thought myself, that McLaren could have had a problem with the pressure of the tyre...

about BMW, I think this s a great car, even if for the moment it's still a little bit inferior to the other two cars. I think it's anyway the third strenght in the championship, everything depends on how much it will take back during the next championship races. Nowadays, it is of course a high performing car that could overtake a McLaren not in perfect balance conditions.. we will see!

Gabry,
I refer to a generic tires issue, and I found a confirm on the Autosport article,
please excuse me if I appear pedantic . . .
Far from me . . . . .

Ciao,

Scarbs,
I think that also when the car is finished, the inputs of the drivers are always useful, even if the drivers take more care of the set up of the car than of its building!

About redbull: The pace surely wasn't bad even if I think they could have nearly conquered some points... Anyway I think that the results made until today, even if improved from the first race, are under the team's expectations and investements .About the pace they are on the right way but everybody knows that to win you have to get some points!

I'm sorry, but I have to go...
It's everything for today, I hope to meet you here once again to comment the Spanish GP.. I'll wait for you on Monday 14th from 1 to 2 p.m.!

You can obviously go on wriing your thoughts or comments here below!

Cheers to everybody!

Gabry
