Does anyone know about any other espionage accusations/court hearings in Formula 1 before Ferrari-McLaren and McLaren-Renault? Do you remember the teams involved? What were the penalties? Any information would be really appreciated! Thank you!

I can remember only that there were some gossips or slightly more about Toyota-Ferrari and Ferrari-Benetton...but to be honest I've no further details...
