Default Too many Aprilias in the top ten in 125 and 250...!

This year there has been a boom of winning Aprilias, due to the introduction in 250 of the LE, the previous year's factory bike.
Should Honda follow this trend or new teams such as KTM should develp new and innovative ideas?

Default Re: Too many Aprilias in the top ten in 125 and 250...!

I always hope in new ideas, R&D and new technology, that has to be the real aim of hi-tech sports, as MotoGP should be too...even if the low budgets are a strict limit!
So the problem is: is it possible to introduce new hi-tech solutions or the risk is to be not competitive anymore? are sponsors interested in this kind of show or do they prefer to see just old bikes racing?? that, at the end, it means: what does the public like? Watching the races on TV or being on the track, what people is interested in?? I love hi-tech...but I'm not the best point of reference....
