better show leads to more public and interest, therefore to more sponsors and therefore to more money...if cost saving leads to a worse show, whay cost saving??
let's train joung drivers with low cost cars, but keep the best show with real F1 and hard competions like that!

I agree with you as well. This may be worthy of its own topic.

It would be interesting to understand the decisions to go with spec cars and spec engines. NASCAR has danced this line very carefully with COT and other rules. But in the end each team still creates and produces an individual car that has their "stamp" on it for the driver to race.

The Spec series model stops innovation. Then it supposed to be a drivers race, but it is effected still by Money. If you can afford the best driver, the best pit crew... then you still have the best team.
