The continuous innovation pursued for more than 30 years allowed CRP Technology to understand and grasp the racing world needs and dynamics. CRP not only realises the requests of the customers as well as possible, but also offers something that only a few are able to deliver in hi-tech machining: maximum support to the customer request, excellent quality and reliability, very short delivery times, and continuous research for innovative solutions with an internal, constantly updated R&D Department.

 

This whole service is also considered excellent value for money, given that CRP can be considered a unique service point for several different technologies and engineering activities.

 

CRP Technology has several major activities:

 

• HQ & HSM CNC Machining (high speed and high quality machining with 3, 4 & 5 axes)
• Rapid Manufacturing e Rapid Prototyping services
• Rapid Casting (lost casting with RP patterns) in Titanium, Aluminium, Steel alloys or superalloys
• Total Quality Management
• R&D: continuous research on materials like metal alloys, plastic materials and new manufacturing processes development
• Rapid Manufacturing & Rapid Prototyping composite materials production and sales
• Reverse Engineering

In particular, CRP Technology manages innovative projects, such as high precision titanium alloy castings and hard to work materials (i.e. Aluminium MMC ) machining of complex shapes.

 

The Machining Department is characterized by CNC milling centres, suited in particular to hi-tech materials machining. The Quality-Control Department guarantees a continuous control on the materials and on each production step, according to ISO 9001:2000 certification, the company being certified with the National Organization RINA since 1997.

 
The maximum internal Logistic integration takes advantage of the most modern ICT techniques: the company INTRANET network connects and updates all the company components, from administration to engineering (R&D) and production, from finance to marketing.
