CRP RP department offers services for parts made with DuraForm® Flex plastic materials with SLS technology

Today, CRP Technology RP Department is pleased to offer to all customers sintered parts made by DuraForm® Flex, plastic material produced by 3D Systems for SLS technology.

DuraForm® Flex is a thermoplastic elastomer with excellent durability, resistance to eat and chemicals, and long-term stability.
Its main properties are: Rubber-like flexibility and functionality,Durable and tear-resistant, Resists harsh environments, Good long-term stability, Seals fluid-tight, even under pressure, Excellent surface finish and feature detail, Create colored parts using standard infiltrants, Wide processing latitude, Fully recyclable.
It’s particular suited for functional prototypes and end-use parts such as: Gaskets and seals, Hoses, Athletic footwear, Ear molds.
