The Client and their level of satisfaction are the centre of the affairs and the resources devoted by the Company.

The Company has the aim to:

• Detect the indicators of the quality, relatively for the products and the activities specified in the procedures of the “business trials”
• Define the object of the quality for every specified trial and for every planned improvement
• Analyze the results achieved in terms of the present objectives, through the re-examination of the direction and the verification of the improvement plans
• Verify the continuous strenght of the assumed appointments and adequacy of the finalities proposed in the present politics
• Inform and involve the personnel on the achieved results, on the changes of the quality system, on the opportunities of improvement, on the results to be pursued for the respective processes of competence
