Il team CRP debutterà nell’italiano 125

“Nella classe 125 Gp del prossimo campionato Italiano velocità ci sarà in griglia di partenza una nuova squadra. Si tratta del tea, Crp racing del manager Roberto cevolini, che fino al 2006 ha collaborato alla realizzazione dei teali delle fantic Motor 250 e che nella stagione che deve iniziare schiererà nel tricolore due Honda 125 Gp con l’obiettivo di puntare al titolo.
La squadra sarà anche impegnata nel monomarca Honda Rs Gp trophy. In pista ci saranno Riccardo Moretti, protagonista della stagione appena conclusa con team Cheli, più un altro pilota ancora in fase di definizione.”

Az alkatrészt vékony rétegek egymásra építésébõl alakítja ki a szelektív lézeres technológia. Egy állandó hõmérsékleten és atmoszférán lévõ kabinban a munkafelületre egy henger segítségével egy nagyon vékony por réteget visznek fel egyenletesen, amire egy CO2 lézersugarat irányítanak és ez alakítja ki a kívánt alakot a szemcsék összeolvasztásával.

A rétegeket egymásra olvasztva alakul ki a végleges alak. Megtámasztást, felfogatást nem igényel a darab, mert a körülötte lévõ por megtartja azt.
A CRP Technology Kutatási és Fejlesztési részlege új anyagokat is kifejlesztett, amik illeszkednek a szelektív lézer szinterezéshez. Így született meg a Windform, az a termék, ami tökéletesen funkcionális alkatrész prototípusok létrehozását teszi lehetõve, melyek akár valós körülmények között is felhasználhatóak.
A piacra legutóbb kibocsátott Windform XT: egy szénszálból álló anyag, nem átlátszó, feket színû és kiváló visszaható tulajdonságokkal bír.
