Superleghe
L’Inconel 625 è una superlega.
E’ usata per esempio nella realizzazione delle flangie di scarico per un motore di F1 in fusione a cera persa.
Si ottengono importanti caratteristiche come l’alta qualità della superficie ed un eccellente controllo degli spessori (0,8mm spessore tipico).
In questo caso, l’H.I.P. (Hot Isostatic Pressing) viene eseguito come trattamento post-fusione, mentre la lavorazione CNC e l’ispezione 3D si eseguono soltanto dove ritenuto necessario.
