The Client and its level of satisfaction are the centre of the affairs and the resources devoted by the Company. Within the market of the CRP Technology Srl, strategic pursues are addressed as followed:

• Increase the volume of business within the mechanics of precisions (increase number of clients and realization of new products) especially with a particular focus to the racing sector;
• Active and effective collaboration with the client around the industrialization of new features;
• Maintenance of elevated quality and service standards, in terms respectively eliminating elements that do not meet the high quality standards and capacity-punctuality of reply;
• Development of the competences of the whole business personnel, including the monitoring of the abilities of the important suppliers
• Making appropriate resources for the systematic monitoring of the achieved results and for the pursuit of the improvement of the trials and business activity.

The goals the Direction tries to obtain are:

• it makes and maintains, adjourning its own system of quality management accordingly to the applications of the norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2000;
• it assigns the responsibility and the necessary authority to the Quality Managers to take care of the constitution and the management of the quality system , as representative of the Direction;
• it individualizes the indicators of the quality, relatively for the products and the activities specified in the procedures of the “business trials”;
• it defines the objectives of the quality, for every specified trial and for every improvement planned;
• it analyzes the results achieved in terms of the preset objectives, through the re-examination of the direction and the verification of the improvement plans;
• it verifies the continuous strength of the assumed appointments and adequacy of the finalities proposed in the present politics;
• it informs and it involves the personnel on the achieved results, on the changes of the quality system, on the opportunities of improvement, on the objectives to be pursued for the respective processes of competence.

As stated above, the Direction will do everything within its power to understand, to actualize and to sustain at all business levels politically addressing quality control.
