International Exibition and Conference in Berlin 23rd-24th September for the new trends of High-Tech Casting

CRP Technology conference at 5.00 p.m. 23rd September Session S4
Berlin will be the capital of High-Tech from 23rd to 24th September and once again the Italian company CRP Technology will have the honor to present at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 23rd at Session S4 “ Specials for Motor Sports and Aviation” the new applications during  Euro U-Rapid 2008: the International User’s Conference & Exhibition on Rapid Prototyping & Rapid Tooling & Rapid Manufacturing.

The Eng. Franco Cevolini, chairman and technical director of the company, will present the latest high-tech RM innovation, obtained from research-study carried out by R&D department of CRP Technology and the new ULTRArapid Casting technology.
In fact, CRP is still the only one in the world that is able to deliver such high quality Rapid Casting parts. The same technology was then developed in order to allow exceptional reliability, fatigue resistance, lightness and high mechanical performance.
The company can now guarantee the delivery of a fully dense and free-shape casting within 2 WEEKS thanks to a new procedure, called ULTRArapid Casting developed by the CRP R&D Staff, starting from the CRP’s rapid casting process, shortening the procedures and improving the quality.
The topic of the lecture held by Eng. Cevolini is focused on the behaviour of a 2008 racing vehicle' structural component made by Aluminium ULTRArapid Casting.

CRP Racing  was able to develop 7 different releases of a 2 strokes engine within few months thanks to the new ULTRArapid Casting process and the new Windform PS, the new Polystyrene-based material, developed by the CRP R&D Dept., and  optimized for the selective Laser Sintered disposable patterns for Rapid Casting Technology.
The excellent properties of this technology points out the superior quality obtained by CRP Technology.
