EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001 certified & Customer’s specification
The management system of CRP Technology complies to the Quality Management System standards EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 (technically equivalent to AS 9100D and JISQ9100:2016) for the manufacturing of 3D printed parts using Additive Manufacturing technology and Windform composite materials, to customer specifications.
The EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 standards for the Aerospace sector compliance is a further proof of the high level of CRP Technology’s management system in pursuing the maximum safety, reliability and effectiveness of the production and post-production processes, supporting with its expertise and technological know-how the customers working in the sector: manufacturers of Aerospace vehicles, related systems, components and equipment.
CRP Technology has been audited in accordance with the requirements of EN 9104-001:2013 and ACCREDIA Technical Regulation RT-18.
The Production system of CRP Technology’s Windform composite material for SLS and similar systems is EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001 certified as well.
ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management System
CRP Technology’s Environmental Management System complies with the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
The certification was issued by DNV and is valid for the production of plastic components using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology and subsequent finishing processes, as well as for the production of powders for SLS and similar systems (IAF 15).
The certified activities were assessed in accordance with the requirements of Technical Regulation RT-09.
