For over 55 years, CRP Group has been shaping the future of Formula 1 and motorsport engineering, turning the most ambitious ideas into real-world performance. At MIA CTS 2025 – the UK’s leading Motorsport Engineering & Technology Show, 15–16 October 2025, The Wing, Silverstone, CRP Technology and CRP Meccanica will bring this unrivalled legacy and know-how to the international stage.

On display at the CRP Group’s booth 2-33, Hall 2, will be a selection of components that highlight the Group’s dual expertise in high-precision machining and advanced additive manufacturing, underline CRP’s ability to deliver world-class speed, reliability, and innovation:

  • CRP Technology will showcase state-of-the-art components including an intake plenum system in Windform SP with complex geometry, together with a wire harness guide in Windform GT, intake manifold in Windform SP. Several components, including the intake plenum system, have been CNC finished by CRP Meccanica — a distinctive capability made possible by the superior mechanical properties of Windform materials, which allow SLS parts to be machined with the same precision as metals. This unique integration of additive and subtractive processes further enhances dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. The parts are also treated with vapor smoothing — the latest finishing service integrated into CRP Technology’s additive manufacturing department — which ensures a premium surface finish, improved liquid resistance, and extended part life.
  • CRP Meccanica will present outstanding components such as a rocker, strut and upright in Metal Matrix Composite (MMC), developed in line with the requirements of the upcoming 2026 regulations. Additional exhibits will include precision parts produced through 5-axis CNC milling, turning, and DMLS with subsequent CNC finishing.

What makes CRP unique is the ability to combine these two areas of expertise into a seamless workflow. The Group’s hybrid manufacturing approach brings together additive and subtractive technologies, ensuring maximum precision, structural reliability, and surface quality within rapid turnaround times.

This unique combination of experience, responsiveness, continuous innovation and proven quality gives CRP customers an advantage that is unmatched worldwide - a clear competitive edge with components that combine lightweight design, structural strength, aerodynamic efficiency, and flawless surface quality, all delivered with the speed the industry demands.
